About Adam Pollock

Adam has a broad advocacy practice with experience in several areas of law including labour and employment law, litigation, and administrative law. He regularly appears in the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench, Manitoba Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, Canadian Industrial Relations Board and in private arbitrations. His labour and employment practice ranges from acting for employers to unions and employees. He has experience with various matters including labour arbitrations, restrictive covenants, wrongful dismissals, human rights claims, and general employment law advice on an as needed basis. Adam views himself as a form of general counsel for his corporate clients, being actively involved in each company’s operations and risk management. In addition to general litigation, Adam maintains a professional discipline practice having advised and represented professionals in the areas of accounting, dentistry, pharmacy, and speech pathology. Adam also has experience in Indigenous law, acting as counsel for various First Nations in Manitoba. Adam volunteers his time by acting as an instructor in high schools for the Canadian Bar Association Law Day and coaching his children’s sports teams. He also has participated in lectures as a panelist for the Manitoba Bar Association. Adam prides himself as a people person who thrives on building relationships with clients.
