About Adam Pudvine

Following the completion of an MSc in Occupational Psychology, which focused on the power of emotional intelligence in predicting performance in the workplace, I began working for the Page group recruiting in the senior finance sector across the North West. After a successful period of working with some of the region’s largest businesses, I then moved to a leading HR and Legal Outsourcing business to head up the internal HR and Recruitment function. In this time, I then helped transition the business from a small delivery team to in excess of 100 heads. The organisation was given approval to practice law in an alternative business structure and this ensured they were able to deliver excellent service to clients, leading to eventual sale to one of the Big 4. During this time, I was also able to implement lasting recruitment processes, psychometric testing and induction processes that are still in use today. Of course, the world of recruitment would always come calling so I then moved back into agency recruitment to head up a large team of multi-discipline Recruiters for Reed Specialist Recruitment. During this time I consistently led successful teams of over 30 consultants across 14 industry sectors. I have vast experience in launching sustainable recruitment divisions, with the main emphasis being on driving the team to deliver a uniquely world-class service to clients and candidates. I am now joining Butler Rose to assist in the businesses strategic growth of the business in the Northern regions of the UK.
