I currently teach mathematics at Fulton High School. This year, I teach a year-long College Algebra Dual Credit Course, a semester-long College Algebra Dual Credit Course, a semester-long Statistics Dual Credit Course, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus AB. I am actively learning different education techniques and continuing my mathematics education through the continued study of number theory, discrete mathematics, geometry, and algebra. Subjects I have taught include Algebra 1B, Geometry, Geometry Honors, Pre-Calculus Honors, College Algebra, College Algebra Honors, Statistics, and AP Calculus AB. I have a Master of Arts in Education, a B.S. in Mathematics, and a minor in Computer Science from Truman State University. I continue to study and learn about various branches of mathematics and computer science to improve my teaching knowledge. I am an avid swing dancer. I have learned various styles of swing dance including Lindy Hop, Charleston, St. Louis Shag, Collegiate Shag, and Balboa, among other vintage dances. I have 7 years of dancing experience and 6 years of experience teaching various dance styles. This added experience of teaching dance gives me a different perspective when approaching material for my classes.
