About Adam Rajnoha

The most powerful technologies are the ones people can feel. The ones they remember. The ones that change how they see a brand, a place, a product or even the future itself. That belief is what pushed me to build YORD.As CEO, I lead one of the world's leading AI and XR experience studios, helping global brands turn emerging technology into real-world impact. We don't make demos or one-off activations. We design intelligent experience systems in which AI, immersive technology, and interaction design converge to transform physical and digital environments. What started as a founder-led vision in Prague has grown into an award-winning global studio of nearly 40 specialists across strategy, creative technology, AI, design, and delivery, now operating across Prague, the U.S, and Middle East. In just a few years, we've delivered 200+ advanced immersive projects worldwide, sustained 477% growth, ranked among Clutch's Top 10 global VR & AR studios, and been named a "Company to Watch" by Deloitte and selected as Story Entrepreneur Of The Year, But the recognition matters less to me than the question behind it: how will people actually experience what's coming? That's what I explore on the Beyond Reality Podcast, and it's what we build every day.Connect if you're building the future of experience & connection.
