About Adam Reece

After graduating from NC State in 2017, I began working at Stallergenes Greer as a Quality Assurance Investigator. I did not have a career in quality assurance in mind, but it was a natural fit. Stallergenes Greer manufactures allergenic extracts. I use shots made with their product on a weekly basis, so quality became personal to me. The quality standard I use is, “Would I use this product?” because that was a reality for me. I am someone who works hard to accomplish goals because I know first-hand the impact that I can have in this field. I have eight (8) years of progressive experience in quality assurance related to cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing with expertise in the creation and management of Quality Systems (eQMS and paper based). My experience has led me to become adept at cGMP compliance and performing a high volume of work while maintaining best in class quality standards. I pride myself in providing excellent communication to ensure harmonization across departments. At home, I am a devoted husband and dog dad to a Newfoundland named Oreo. My wife and I are avid college football fans and spend our falls supporting our alma maters (Appalachian State and NC State respectively)- Converted a paper based Quality Management System (QMS) to an electronic QMS - Managed the Complaint, CAPA, and Change Control modules ensuring accurate and expedient results - Established Quality Systems for multiple organizations Expertise: Root Cause Analysis / Training / Continuous Improvement / Document Control / Change Controls / FDA Compliance / Quality Agreements / Adheres to budgets / Media Fill Oversight / Customer Service / Analytical thought process / ICH, EU, and other international standards
