About Adam Reiber

I'm currently looking for a new opportunity in Organizational Wellbeing. I would love to leverage my experience to help build a culture that enables employee thriving. With a robust background spanning over 30 years that merges a distinguished military career, where I was decorated with a Bronze Star Medal for exceptional leadership in combat, with strategic roles in corporate wellbeing and learning development, I have dedicated my professional journey to crafting employee well-being strategies that translate into quantifiable business success. My approach to corporate wellbeing is deeply personal, shaped by intense near-death combat experiences which instilled in me a profound sense of purpose:"so that others may thrive." I draw upon my advanced education in Positive Psychology and Organizational Leadership to design and implement programs that address burnout and enhance overall employee wellbeing, leading to peak performance levels. I am passionate about creating workplaces that not only prioritize the health and wellbeing of employees but also support the strategic goals of the organization. Please contact me if you know of any opportunities.
