With more than thirteen years of experience within the plumbing wholesale supply and sales management sector, I believe that my professional journey is merely commencing. Over the course of the past twelve years in my professional career development, I have concentrated on refining my skills in business management, sales management, and business-to-business sales. Simultaneously, I have taken on the roles of coach and mentor for my colleagues through various training programs. As a graduate of the Emco Sales Development Program, I dedicated four years to training that encompassed various roles including warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales within the organization. Throughout each of these phases, I concentrated on enhancing my customer service, account management, and business management capabilities, which equipped me for the opportunity to establish a brand-new Profit Centre from inception. This endeavor entailed identifying a suitable physical location, supervising renovation efforts, strategizing inventory management, and assembling a proficient team to adeptly guide our new venture towards profitability. Subsequent to 2016, my responsibilities transitioned to those of a vigorous business advocate, wherein I am tasked with overseeing daily operations related to sales, profit margins, our exemplary customer service team, inventory oversight, and account management for our principal internal accounts. By consistently investing in my personal development, the sustenance of the business, and the cultivation of a robust team, I have developed a profound passion for being an engaged leader, a sentiment that reverberates throughout the organization.
