About Adam Rix
I’m a Creative Director with twenty years experience, although I swear I only left university a few years ago. I’ve worked with clients from local businesses to global brands, overseeing branding and design led projects in award winning agencies. I focus on creating emotive work that moves people. I work closely with clients to understand them and their audiences, and then combine creativity, strategy and instinct to bring to life crafted and effective work that could live anywhere. I’ve acquired more than 50 assorted pieces of wood, metal and perspex. Those I’m most proud of are 8 D & AD wooden pencils (still chasing the more prestigious coloured varieties) and 5 Design Week category winners. I’m also fortunate enough to be invited to judge both national and international award schemes. However, winning awards isn’t my biggest focus. Making a difference to the brands I work for, and their audiences, is what matters to me most. I take my work very seriously. I don’t take myself very seriously at all.
