About Adam Rock

My education at GVSU built my foundation for the love of film and the techniques needed to acquire great cinema. After graduation I continued to work on low budget fictional videos to refine previously acquired skills and techniques while also expanding into new territory that I had not encountered thus far. My passion for creating unique and exciting styles needed to attain the intended desire from the viewer is a passion that I am persistently improving. Whether the project I am working on is a particular interest of mine or not, I always find myself learning something; staying active is essential. I am a dedicated movie and TV viewer and always welcome intellectual conversation on the topic. I consider myself very open minded and respect everyones opinions whether they agree with me or not; as long as you dignify the reason why something worked or didn't work I have no room to argue your opinion. My goal in life is to be able to consistently work on projects that will spark conversation amongst casual and critical audiences. The following is a list of different hardware and software I'm capable of efficiently using. Cameras: RED Epic, RED Scarlet, Panasonic AF100, Sony FS 700, Arriflex SRII Super 16mm, Panavision Gold Series Super 35mm, and many types of DSLR’s Software: Mac OS, Windows OS, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Muse, Illustrator, Celtx, Pro Tools, PluralEyes, DaVinci Resolve and Microsoft Office.
