About Adam Rogers

From 1993 when my father started selling automobiles at a Chevrolet dealer, the automotive industry has been a passion of mine from a very young age. I started washing cars in June of and continued to work through college. At graduation in 2005, the choice for me was natural to move into the Fixed Operations facet of the industry and be a positive influence on the after-sales experience as the customer moves through the automobile's lifecycle. After spending nearly 7 years at the Service desk with extremely high customer satisfaction scores, I was offered an opportunity to progress my career and move to Upstate NY to be part of a very large dealer group. Shortly after arriving to my new home, I made good on the impacts that I promised I could affect and moved into the leadership role where I currently am today. As I continue to learn and grow in my career, I spend time learning and studying the Parts Department side of the process, to both better my own operation, and to further advance my knowledge in my career.
