Over the last decade I have been fortunate to have spent my time partnering with business leaders to build knowledge, enhance skills, and create the correct internal mindset in order to succeed and be exceptional. Specializing in organisational and behavioural change management, my responsibilities have included the analysis of core business needs, the design, development and implementation of blended learning solutions, and the analysis of learning ROI. In my current role as a Customer Success Manager, I help some of Australia’s largest organisations to be more productive and more successful by implementing LinkedIn Learning across their organisation. LinkedIn Learning increases employee engagement, meet the needs of the modern learner, develops relevant skills, and scales learning programs. When I am not in the office, I spend my time reading classic crime novels, swimming at Bondi Icebergs, and spending time with my growing little family.
