For nearly two decades, I’ve designed and led transformative experiences across some of society’s most complex and demanding landscapes—from rites of passage in remote backcountry settings, to restorative circles inside prisons, to resilience-building initiatives with the U.S. Department of Defense and Fortune 500 companies. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful growth—whether personal, professional, or cultural—requires courage, discomfort, and a return to what is essential. I’ve supported military task forces in resolving conflict and cultivating mission-aligned resilience, helped high-performing teams strengthen authentic leadership and emotional intelligence, and guided youth through pivotal life transitions toward purpose and responsibility. I’ve also led strategic initiatives that unite diverse stakeholders around cohesive, values-based goals.
