I’m a healthcare executive focused on reimagining how clinical discovery becomes care—turning innovation, data, and equity into measurable outcomes for patients and communities.I’ve built and scaled clinical research and innovation infrastructures across large, complex organizations—from academic research engines to digital-health platforms to national pharmacy networks. At Walgreens, I led the creation of a pharmacy-embedded clinical trial network that grew from concept to 20 active sites across multiple states, reinforcing how to align vision, systems, and people to deliver enterprise-grade results at scale.Today, as the inaugural President of the Advocate Health National Center for Clinical Trials, I’m leading a first-of-its-kind, fully integrated research network designed to embed clinical trials into routine care and expand access nationwide. My focus is on building the next generation of research-delivery models—where clinical trials are part of care, access is equitable, and innovation is operationalized through technology, data, and workforce excellence. I’m especially committed to strengthening academic–industry collaboration and making evidence generation a core capability of integrated health systems.
