About Adam Saun
After completing two master's degree's in Biochemistry, I decided to pursue my passion for wine. I dedicated myself to various wine-related activities such as hosting tastings, curating wine lists and studying courses such as WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and French, Italian and Spanish Wine Scholar from Wine Scholar Guild. I also obtained certifications in spirits, sake, cider and cheese to broaden my knowledge and skills. Most recently, I was honoured to be shortlisted as an emerging talent by both Sommelier Edit and IWSC. I am currently working as an Assistant Head Sommelier at Claridge's, one of the most prestigious hotels in London. I am studying WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines, with the future goal of becoming a Master of Wine. I am extremely passionate about wine education and sharing my enthusiasm and expertise with others.
