A passionate, positive and enthusiastic team player, who is always eager to learn and open to new opportunities, with a life-long appreciation and love of beautiful design and product, home interiors and lifestyle, styling, visual merchandising and branding, and 8 years experience in Home Interiors retail, including running my own Home and Lifestyle business. Upon graduating with a degree in Graphic Communication, I took the leap in to becoming self employed, growing to manage my own, reputable family run home and lifestyle shop for 5 years, selling lovingly curated homewares. With the wider economic climate and other factors outside of my control meaning I had to close my shop, I explored new opportunities and paths, and for the past year, I have been able to apply my skills, passion and knowledge to my current role as a Home Specialist for luxury, lifestyle led home interiors company, Neptune. I enjoyed working with and supporting a close team within this creative environment, with a focus on upholding high visual merchandising standards, delivering excellent customer experience, and creating a positive, productive working environment. I recently began my new role at Mulberry in Bicester Village, where I have been able to transfer these key skills as an experience expert within this high traffic environment. Through my experience in retail and design, I have been able to develop and hone my skills first hand in learning the importance of creating an engaging, sensory customer journey and experience, supporting and working well within a team as well as individually, communication and time management, visual merchandising, creative storytelling and commercial/brand awareness. With this, managing, creating content and organically growing my own business social media platforms, and taking a lead in content creation for Neptune Chesham. I am also continually developing my personal design style. As an individual I am easy going, bubbly, a bit of a perfectionist, always happy to help others, and often described as an old soul at heart!
