About Adam Schuster

Hi! I am Adam! Since my youth, I have always been interested in people and their problems, and have discovered my life’s purpose: to help people be happier and healthier within themselves and the society around them. It is this spark that has guided me in studying culture and philosophy, and specializing in psychoanalysis and coaching. My studies and passion have led me down a very exciting and versatile road; from assisting the German Green Party in their health and society projects, to leading teams at wellness centers, and being an executive board member for the non-profit Vipassana Association in Germany. This knowledge, paired with my experience with Buddhism and Vipassana meditation, has inspired me to co-found wellyou; a tech startup designed to make the world a happier place. At wellyou, we understand that to make the world a happier place, we have to first work on ourselves to become happier and more compassionate beings. Hence, we offer a holistic, gamified 1, 2, and 3-month program, where people work on themselves daily to increase their happiness and well-being with scientifically proven methods by focusing on physical, mental, and social aspects.
