Here’s how: • I use Agile methods to help people work smarter, making them more productive and happier to boot. • I proactively manage budgets and timelines by being transparent about progress and performance. • I leverage my own training and experience to mentor and coach colleagues and clients one to one. • I create and deliver Lean Kanban training. I'm super-proud that my approach has succeeded time and time again.
