About Adam Sides

Born and raised here in Los Angeles, I come from an entertainment industry background. Growing up I worked as a runner at the famed Ocean Way and Record One Studios in Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley. Together the two studios have sold over one billion records and been involved in countless Grammy Award winning hits. Working as an office and studio assistant taught me to perform in a fast paced environment. Having to address the needs of multiple artists and producers taught me to handle multiple tasks at once, and prepared me to deal with any job I am given. After attending the University of Arizona to complete general education classes, I relocated back to Los Angeles when I was offered a prominent position running the Gussman Czako Estates office, a luxury real estate company based in Beverly Hills. Working as the office manager and personal assistant to Paul Czako, owner and CEO gave me excellent time management and organizational skills. Having the opportunity to work for an extremely busy executive, I’ve had to manage heavy calls, scheduling, travel arrangements and ensuring the efficient running of the office. I enjoyed working in the real estate industry and did very well but I had long wanted to make a move back into the music industry. I am currently working as VP of marketing for Ocean Way Audio which was the product of Ocean Ways history and brand. We build and sell custom speaker systems for recording studios and high end home theatre systems. In the time I have worked for Ocean Way Audio we have built a profitable company in less than three years. I have expanded their marketing, built partnerships, and have had a major influence in the direction the company has taken over the last two years.
