About Adam Snow

At General Motors, I lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver full-size truck programs from development through production. The scale is significant, with hundreds of thousands of vehicles produced annually, but the focus is always the same: understand the problem, align the right people, and drive toward a solution. My background spans design, launch, and vehicle integration, which has shaped how I approach challenges. I tend to think in systems and focus on creating clarity when things become complex or ambiguous. I’m particularly drawn to problems that require strong alignment, clear priorities, and decisive execution to move forward. I’m currently pursuing my MBA at the Kelley School of Business to strengthen my business acumen and better connect short-term execution with long-term strategy. I’m interested in roles where I can continue leading complex programs, driving cross-functional execution, and contributing to the development of innovative, high-impact products.
