Lead of ADT's "secret shopper" program, which allows ADT employees to travel through the entire customer journey provided by security industry/smart home competitors and report back on findings. This program is invaluable to improving ADT’s customer journeys by learning from what its competitors and industry leaders are doing firsthand- best practices that can be implemented and points of friction that can be steered away from. Provide insights and recommendations to ADT's Executive Leadership Team and other corporate leaders, leveraging my expertise in home security, smart home, and IoT to continuously drive improvements in our business. Expertise in using data analytics to drive training methodologies and close KPI gaps, public speaking, and delivering meaningful insights on social media performance to business partners.
