About Adam Springall-Fox

I am an energetic, progressive and conscientious Learning and Development Practitioner with 9-years’ experience. I thrive on supporting co-workers, senior managers and the business, to identify performance/learning needs and focus on producing creative interventions tailored for the desired result. I'm experienced at multi-site delivery with regular travel across the North of the UK and more recently I have been enjoying delivering training remotely from my home office. A regular listener of the L&D podcast, I really enjoy being part of the transformation that L&D is going through with things like 'Learning at the point of need' and 'Resources Before Courses'. As part of my own development, I have recently begun a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management to get a wider understanding of HR.When I’m not on the job or learning, I love spending time with my family, walking our dogs and along with my wife working our way through every escape room we can.
