About Adam Stella

At Toromont Cat, I work in at the remanufacturing branch in Bradford, where I disassemble and assemble components off of caterpillar machines. With my technical and mechanical skills, I ensure the quality of components while disassembling, and with my analytical skills, I asses what parts are reusable to then reassemble to be sent back to the customer for reuse on their machinery. I have an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Humber College, which enhanced my analytical and problem-solving skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and I use these tools to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for the administration and operation of the company. I am motivated to use my skills and education to contribute to the success and growth of Toromont Cat.
