With over 8 years of work experience, I am a seasoned sales and account management professional with a passion for delivering value to customers and partners. As a Virtual Account Manager/Team Lead at Cisco, I am responsible for managing a portfolio of over 100 accounts in the Commercial, Mid-Size segment, as well as leading and mentoring a team of virtual sales account managers. In my current role, I leverage my skills in marketing, prospecting, cold-calling, account profiling, pipeline creation, network designs, and product configurations to identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Cisco's solutions and services. I also collaborate with internal and external Cisco partners, resellers, and resources to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions that meet the customers' needs and expectations. Additionally, I oversee the post-sale management, customer satisfaction, and loyalty of my accounts, ensuring that they receive the best support and service from Cisco. I have achieved multiple sales awards and recognition for exceeding my quotas and targets, as well as for delivering exceptional customer service and feedback.
