I am a senior Human Resources practitioner with a depth and breadth of experience – with particular strengths in the areas of Organisational Development (OD), HR Strategy alignment to business objectives, Learning & Development (L&D), Recruitment, Project/Portfolio Management and the practical application of people systems to drive business results. In more recent times, I have applied my human resource knowledge and experience to deliver superior business results in a line of business within an industry that I had limited knowledge of prior to taking the role. I am known for my versatility and ability to build and lead high performing teams that are results orientated. Key to this success has been my focus on relationship building, negotiation, collaboration, leadership capability and fact base decision-making. I pride myself on tailoring and designing simple, useable and useful integrated people systems that are proven to work in industries that have highly educated individuals to people that have not finished high school.
