Adam Taylor is a Leader & Entrepreneur: • Currently Deputy Director of Youth Development and Co-Principal of SOLS 24/7 Teacher Training Centre, Kuala Lumpur (target group - 150 boarding students - full time free education). • Deputy Director of Scholar Management (2012-13), leading a professional team of teachers and experts in Malaysia on behalf of a corporate client. Implemented a scholar development contract for 200 university students for 18 months. • Country Director for SOLS 24/7 in Laos, setting up and self-reliant operations for 2 and a half years. Adam Taylor is an experienced trainer: • 8 years facilitating of classroom learning and coordinating activities and events in full time boarding centres. • He has been based in Cambodia, East Timor, Laos and Malaysia. Adam Taylor is a highly experienced project manager and qualified construction manager: • 7 years front-line experience in UK construction. • A diverse range of projects, responsibilities and training. • Familiar with deadlines, pressures, managing people, maintaining quality, health and safety, regulations and statutory bodies, contracts and procurement and constant problem solving.
