About Adam Tusing

For 20 years, I have built and deployed global strategies aiding in the success of large scale subsea projects, cutting-edge business & technology development, and operations excellence. I have worked with multinational oil & gas organizations, providing key support, guidance, and due diligence for deepwater and subsea development projects. As a program manager, I enjoy forming and fortifying relationships with stakeholders at every level, especially when working in remote locations. By empowering my team and developing employees into leaders, I have expanded capabilities, tendering financial success even in the most complex and demanding environments. Prior to serving as Product Champion and Business Development Manager, I oversaw offshore projects working in Yangon, Myanmar and Singapore for Schlumberger. In that role, I effectively turned around a struggling program that was six months behind schedule. I coordinated international teams across six countries to recover the schedule, ultimately surpassing goals and improving the project to the extent that it became one of the region’s most profitable assets. I am motivated to continue taking on challenges and transforming them into opportunities that provoke creative problem-solving, increase profitability, and expand market reach. I am a globally minded person and have thoroughly enjoyed working in a variety of countries with a multitude of teams from almost every conceivable nationality, culture, and professional disciple. Connecting with new team members and building a track record of successful projects is something I hope to continue doing for the rest of my professional career.
