About Adam Vandyke

I have a diverse work history in manufacturing and healthcare. Upon graduating from college, I worked as a manufacturing engineer supporting daily operations and capital improvement projects. I used six sigma and lean methodology to drive improvements at two different manufacturing facilities. After 4 years in a manufacturing engineering role, I was recruited to healthcare to support procurement, supply contracts, plant engineering operations and capital improvements. My role evolved into the Director of Support Services at a small (100 bed) community hospital. In 2015, I joined a larger community hospital (220 beds) closer to my home and family. I was originally hired in as the Director of Business Development for the Orthopedic Service Line. My focus was growing market share, reducing costs and increasing net revenues. I worked in a cross functional team made up of members from surgery, inpatient nursing, therapy services and our physicians. My role evolved again in 2017 to help support practice operations for our employed physician group while still supporting the overall goals of the orthopedic service line. In 2019, I was named the site director for our sqft outpatient facility. This facility provides the community with a free-standing ED, Lab, Imaging Services and Therapy Services. In 2021, I took over as the business director for our Primary Care Division at the organization.
