About Adam Vickers

I am service and people-focused and an effective leader with over 30 years experience of directly managing large hospitality and catering and cleaning teams for prestigious clients across the UK. More recently my focus has been on recruiting for those areas and specialising in serving clients in London. In late 2020 I merged my two previous companies and formed TQON (Take Quadrant On) which specialises in providing contract personnel and outsourced services to 5* hotel clients and conferencing and events venues in London and contract cleaning services to commercial and pubic sector client organisations. My broad experience provides me with an in-depth understanding of demands and challenges in the high end hotel and hospitality operations sector and how best to meet them. I set high standards for the people I supply and work always in close partnership with clients to ensure that they get the calibre of staff they need. Having a keen eye for detail and efficient systems is paramount for my team who also have years of experience and, like me, a tight focus on getting the right people into the right places and supporting them to be successful members of our clients' teams.
