I work with high achieving professionals in a variety of contexts to move forward and set personal and professional goals to positively impact their daily lives. I have experienced how coaching can make a huge difference to ensure individuals become more aware, motivated and pro-active in the decisions they make. I provide a space for the learning and development of individuals and teams, helping them to recognise their achievements, identify areas of underperformance and pioneer new personal and professional initiatives. I am passionate about people. All individuals I work with are able to make clear and confident transitions in their lives - from day to day choices to the larger, life changing decisions. I have a keen interest in education, in writing and in positive psychology. I establish a working environment where productivity and creativity can flourish. Building solid relationships with clients, customers and colleagues is optimum within all aspects of my work. All conversations, workshops and projects are delivered with a positive energy, enthusiasm and sensitivity to the individual's needs.
