About Adam Wilkinson

My goal is to increase the quality of life in our world in a joyful way. I love working with people; whether shifting mindsets, listening deeply, or creating a fun inclusive environment. My past experience as a Comedian and actor have given me great confidence in my ability to communicate in compelling and unique ways. As a person with ADHD, I use my skills to advocate for myself and other persons with both physical and neurological differences. I facilitate inclusive workshops with various organizations using improvisational comedy to build confidence and social skills in the participants well having great fun. I work one-on-one with various individuals with differences guiding and assisting them in finding their way through a world not designed for them. I do this by seeing the whole person with their unique blend of skills, strengths and interests, well acknowledging and accommodating their challenges. I aim to continue this with whoever is willing to partner with me in, as my goal involves all of us in any and all fields or situations.
