Throughout my career, I have built strong skills in software engineering, technical program management, agile coaching, and team leadership- I am energized by understanding, building, and improving things: software development, technical teams, technology programs, and product engineering organizations- I build bridges and break down silos with a focus on bringing the right experts together to align and collaborate toward common objectives- I advocate for enterprise agility, but I am biased toward outcomes over frameworks. New CTO stated that she learned in 2 days what otherwise would have taken 6 months- Managed 2 large initiatives ($4.5M budget) over 3 years that developed and launched new enterprise payments system and web-based merchant pricing application, bringing 3 separate lines of business together for payments ($85M monthly) and pricing maintenance (800K merchants).
