With over a decade of experience helping to scale SaaS B2B businesses across EMEA, NA, and APAC, I've held roles as Head of Revenue Operations, Revenue Operations Manager and Sales Operations Manager at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (Formerly TomTom Telematics), Pyramid Analytic, Office Depot and Johnson & Johnson. My experience includes- Developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies- Discovery, design and implementation of processes, including effective set-up and training and adoption of IT enablement tools that match the processes- Building high-performing sales teams across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments via centralised, measurable and coachable processes- Driving revenue growth through sales optimisations – Up to €300M- Establishing and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business performance, including leading data teams through the creation of data architecture and analytics requirements. Throughout my career, I've gained unique perspectives as both a customer facing salesperson, as a leader in scale-ups and corporate environments and as a team member involved in both the successful acquisition and exits of businesses (TomTom Telematics Bridgestone for $1B in 2019). I'm passionate about the intersection of culture, technology and business performance, always seeking innovative ways to drive measurable results in parallel with creating safe, ambitious, engaging and satisfying working environments. An Australian Citizen and Dutch Permanent Resident currently based in The Netherlands, I live with my partner Lisa and dog Guus. I am actively involved in supporting young people and communities, through local initiatives such as Bike Park Utrecht and In Utrecht We Run Club.
