I am a creative and experienced leader who leads with passion, authenticity, competency, and excellence. With a career in the education sector spanning over 16 years, I have a strong track record of driving academic and transformative reforms to improve student learning and excel in managing talent and aligning resources to meet a specific goal. My experience spans various roles in education, from instructional coordinator to principalship and I continue to be passionate about making a positive impact in organizations. Equally passionate about the arts, I seek to foster change through the power of creativity and work to improve teams and organizations with building creative and strategic systems for efficiency while impacting our local communities. Within the Houston arts community, I have served as a Programs Coordinator for Houston Grand Opera, Musical Director for Theatre Under the Stars’s Humphrey’s School for Musical Theatre and the founding Conductor of Houston Symphony’s CityWide Grassroots Chorus.
