About Addie Sciammas

Welcome! My name is Addie Sciammas and I am an aspiring bilingual SLP at the University of Washington. My passion lies in creating inclusive learning environments that foster personal and academic growth in students, as well as promoting multicultural communication and childhood development. With a strong work ethic and dedication to my field, I am an intern teacher at Seattle Learning Center, a research assistant at I-LABS, and hold leadership positions in my sorority Delta Gamma, Beta chapter. I am also fluent in Spanish and a licensed childcare provider allowing me to connect with diverse populations and ensure their safety and well-being. Outside my academic pursuits, I enjoy traveling, water polo, and attending music festivals and concerts. I am eager to connect with professionals and organizations who share my passion for leadership, education, child development, and multicultural communication!
