About Addison Chan

Since I left SAP 15 years ago I have been exploring the southeast USA, The Bahamas, Cuba and Mexico in my sailboat. We gained a deep knowledge of the places we have been and used that to author of two best selling guide books for people who want to sail to Cuba or the Bahamas in their personal vessels. I needed a way to distribute my guides electronically but the usual methods of ePub or PDF just didn't work well on mobile devices. It is true that necessity is the mother of invention because when I couldn't find a solution that met my needs, I built one. It started as a way to publish a single title, but my publisher wanted it for all of their titles so we made adjustments to accommodate their needs. Then other publishers and organizations came knocking, all of which had similar but slightly different needs to distribute their books, video and other content. Sometimes a good idea is an itch that needs to be scratched and what started as a way to sell a book electronically has become a revolutionary new way to appify content and build a digital footprint for small and medium sized companies that do not have enormous development budgets. I know it works because I was its first customer, and now its time to show it to the world. If you are a content creator who wants to showcase your content on a platform that is readily deployable, fully branded, and piracy resistant we have a solution that will meet your needs.
