I love solving problems for people in a way that makes them never want to go back. I love how easily solutions can scale these days. I love how it feels like I've put a piece of myself into every code base I've worked on. My goal is to use my development and AI skills to help make the world a better place <3. Since early 2022 I've been an AI developer. Since the start of 2025 I've been laser-focused on building agentic AI systems. I am currently designing and building a cloud platform that can be used by the customer service industry to spawn AI agents. Our customers use natural language prompts to instruct the agents, and the agents themselves use browser automations to accomplish tasks, similar to how a real human agent would. Keep an eye out for Sidd Solo! From '22-'24, I specialized in using NLP (natural language processing) algorithms to manage documents, such as solving classification and retention problems. My work in this area is currently being used by the Privacy Office of Canada, as well as court systems in Australia and New Zealand. These were cloud-based systems, one in Azure and one in AWS. These roles also involved me designing and building CI/CD pipelines from scratch. In one role I used very customized, sometimes patented models which relied on the expertise of data scientists to properly deploy (LDA, Naïve Bayes). In the other I used more general, open models (Llama 2-3.X, BERT models like big-bird) which I trained and deployed myself. Both mostly used.Net and C#, with some python. Prior to this I worked for nearly a decade on a web-based back office system used by fast food restaurants. This involved systems that could scale in extreme ways to handle the 100s of millions of records coming in each day. I rose to the level of architect and was considered an expert in both inventory management systems and POS integrations. Our stack was ASP.Net + jQuery + SQL, with customized deployments, server clusters for zero downtime, and no ORM- that would have just slowed us down. Prior to this I replaced a student loan calculator for the government of NB, which has now saved over 5 million dollars and processed 2 billion in loans- all automated 100% by yours truly; yes, even the grant adjustments! This was also done in.Net and SQL but was coded in VB instead of C#.
