I am a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with 3 years of hands-on experience providing care for neonates in Special Care and training in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in assessing, monitoring, and managing the care of infants facing a wide range of medical challenges, including prematurity, respiratory distress, and other complex neonatal conditions. As a member of the Australian College of Neonatal Nurses (ACNN), I am dedicated to continuing education and staying at the forefront of the latest advancements in neonatal care. I am also proud to be a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, recognizing my academic achievements and commitment to excellence. I am passionate about ongoing professional development and continually seek opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge, both in clinical practice and leadership. I thrive in fast-paced NICU environments, where I am highly proficient at managing multiple priorities, coordinating care plans, and adapting quickly to changing patient conditions. Problem-solving is a key aspect of my role, whether addressing acute clinical challenges or supporting families in understanding their infant’s progress and treatment options. I am passionate about improving the quality of care and the overall experience for both the neonates and their families. My organisational skills, developed from 15 years experience within the community services sector, allow me to work efficiently and autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our most vulnerable patients.
