There's 2 possible outcome to a problem in my opinion - You can either Learn or Fly. Learn - We can learn from the issue and set precautions to avoid future occurrence. Fly - When we find and resolve the issue, this builds trust and confidence with our customers. Ultimately, I've always believed a problem is an opportunity in disguise; We stand to gain more than we would if we simply ignored the problem.Being in the technology industry, some issues can be a problem and not all businesses have the technical know how to tackle these issues; However this is where YTS comes in.At YTS, we specialize in simplifying complex technology to create the perfect solution tailored to your business needs. As a Senior Project Manager at YTS, I enjoy listening to our customers ideas and bringing them to life with modern technology. I focus on delivering key outcomes, ensuring projects are completed within the assigned budget and timescale. I’m inspired by the PRINCE2 and AGILE PM methodology and have solid experience as a project manager of cross functional projects and processes in which I have been able to gain a broad understanding of project management.My personal and Professional experiences have taught me the following about myself- I put the customer at the center of all that I do- I enjoy problem solving because I like the challenge and the feeling of accomplishment- I stay calm when faced with adversity- I work well under pressure; Excelling at executing big ideas with given constraints- Through my new role I found out how much I enjoyed collecting/analyzing data, and using the information to make decisions- I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person by constantly finding new things to learn about.If you have any questions about the service YTS offer, or want to talk to me about emerging tech, project management or Basketball, feel free to reach out!
