I often contribute to the development of contemporary business programmes and modules in higher education ensuring that Institutional standards are upheld. One of my key strengths is working collaboratively, flexibly and collegiate within the team to achieve the utmost objectives. I demonstrate innovative capability through curriculum design informed by research and relationships with external partners from relevant sectors. I enjoy initiating and conducting business development activities including collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to unlock wider networks, identifying and delivering on income-generating activities as well, as research and consultancy opportunities. I am highly effective in managing my time, I have a proven track record of HE teaching as well as highly tuned commercial business acumen and networks. In many instances, I have demonstrated and evidenced a clear understanding of national and international business management prerequisites in my lectures. Over the years, teaching and researching business management modules have further helped my understanding of why organisations need to explore business dynamics and greater competitive advantage strategies.
