About Adeeb Khoja

Whenever I’m asked what do I do? I say- To my family: I’m an IT Guy- To my friends: I do programming- To YOU: I would say I’m a software engineer who learns everything! I learn about- UI/UX principles to give requirements and feedback to the designers in my team- Frontend to understand the problems that face frontend developers in my team- QA testing to communicate with the QA testers in my team- Project management, agile development, version control and systems architecture to lead teams and projects. However, most of my experience is working on the backend, database design, data modeling and reporting dashboards. I hated being a generalist when I started my career since I loved everything, but I didn’t want to look at one star and miss out on the entire universe. Every team requires a generalist, this is why I was chosen to lead the team at Tick’it. I have been working on my personal development since college and I kept on acquiring the relevant soft skills and business knowledge. One of the things I’m currently passionate about is Data Science and AI. I keep myself up to date on the latest news and I enroll in expert-led courses to create projects. The other passion is volunteering where I work closely with professionals to organize scientific, academic and practical workshops instructed by researchers from around the world at DSFG.
