Career Highlights Branch Manager & Director, civil infrastructure with AECOM Middle East Limited Oman & Al Ain Branch; more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering and management, design, and construction of infrastructure Projects. MSc Degree in Civil Engineering and has been working in the UAE for more than 18 years. My leadership and supervisory skills gives me the ability to train, monitor and develop staff abilities to delegate appropriate responsibility, accurately judge the amount of time and resources required to accomplish a task and monitor progress against milestones and deadlines. I have the ability to establish priorities, plan, coordinate and monitor his work. My project management experience includes plan development, scope definition, activity sequencing and scheduling, resources planning, budgeting, cost control, quality management, resource development and performance monitoring. A vast knowledge and extensive experience in Construction and project management through his collective and combined experience gained by working with a leader Contractor and then with a top of the line Consultant. I worked as a principal resident engineer, project manager, and project director for a verity of landmark projects the scope of which has included and covered the numerous aspects and fields of infrastructure works such as the development, maintenance and rehabilitation of transportation and road networks, sanitary networks, storm water drainage and sewerage systems.
