About Adeel Zaidi

I am an experienced manager with experience in buying, sales and marketing, Brand and Labor handling. In my 7 years of experience, I have worked in several areas and gained multidimensional experience that enhanced my capability to solve diverse problems. Moreover, as a part of the pioneer team of Metro Cash & Carry in Pakistan, we gave a new dimension to the trade in Pakistan. Moreover, I handled the Edible Grocery in Metro as Assistant Category Manager and later as Category Specialist, which is the biggest department in Metro and most price sensitive department considering the wholesale in Pakistan. Later I worked on the development of Own Brand of Metro as well for sometime. After Metro my career transited to the other side of the table and I started to negotiate from supplier end as a Key Accounts Manager, I worked for over 1 and a half year as Key Accounts Manager and successfully generated Sales in Metro, Makro and Hyperstar. I also launched successfully several brands in Modern Trade while working in Innovative Biscuits. Now for over five months I am working as Deputy Manager in operations of Albayrak Waste Management in Lahore and I am doing total Operational Business Analysis on daily, monthly and annual basis.
