With an MS in Telecommunication Engineering and Cisco certification, I have excelled at managing projects/programs and driving efficiency using my high-technical network engineering knowledge and management background. During my career, I have successfully led the rigorous testing, monitoring, and deployment of numerous applications/ networking services. In addition, I have built high-performing teams and earned a reputation as an empowering cross leader. A few of my recent successes include: I have led 20+ projects/month, completing each on time. I improved the customer satisfaction rating and job satisfaction among a team of network engineers across four different geographic locations at Vonage by working with each employee to create a personal career development plan. I created redundancy across geographic locations and time zones at Vonage by implementing a configuration review process that cut across geographic locations. This allowed geographically dispersed employees to work together and collaborate, rather than working in silos. I have overseen 25 direct reports and a multimillion-dollar project budget.
