About Adel Aazami
I am an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Transport and Logistics Management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. I received my BSc degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tehran in 2014 and my MSc in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology in 2016, where I finished my Ph.D. in the same major in 2021. After my Ph.D, I was accepted for a postdoc at the Sharif University of Technology. I have also experienced doing research at the University of Toronto, Canada. I have already published several papers in my research fields in high-impact international journals. I am eager to do research, study, learn, develop my knowledge, and teach. My primary research interests include: Supply chain Network Design; Operations Research; Logistics; Production and Distribution/Transportation Planning; Competition and Game Theory; Stochastic Programming; Decomposition Algorithms. Additionally, I worked at some high-level industrial companies.
