About Adel Habbas

I am currently working as a Junior Sales Executive at Evolis where I support the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets within the EMEA region. What I enjoy the most is building genuine relationships with our partners and getting involved in the world of tech, a space that is always evolving and full of new ideas. Being part of that energy is something I really value. What drives me is the international side of the job. I get to work with people from all kinds of backgrounds, understand how each market works and adapt our approach accordingly. Evolis is a French company with a strong international mindset which gives me the opportunity to learn and grow every day through diverse cross-cultural exchanges. Before moving into sales I studied Applied Foreign Languages (English and Spanish), which naturally led me to international roles. I spent a year in Murcia (Spain) as part of the Erasmus programme and also did a civic service back in France where I got to work on meaningful projects and connect with people from different walks of life. These experiences really shaped the way I see the world and how I work today. I have always loved travelling, meeting new people and learning about different cultures. All of this connects back to what I do now. I am especially interested in the strategic side of business, thinking long term, understanding market dynamics and finding smart ways to support growth. And more than ever I believe that business decisions should take into account what is happening in the wider world. Geopolitics, economic trends, climate challenges, they all matter. In the end no company can succeed in a world that is falling apart around it and that is something I try to keep in mind in everything I do.
