About Adela Abaji

I am a Psychologist with a postgraduate specialist degree in Organizational Communication and a Master's in Professional Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I began my career in the area of ​​industrial psychology in Venezuela, performing different positions in Human Resources where I had the opportunity to lead projects in organizational development, change management and training, as well as offering advice and coaching in performance management to professionals and managers in large corporations as HR Senior Consultant. I have had the opportunity to live in different countries: the United Kingdom, Puerto Rico and now in the US, and since I emigrated, I have been working in the educational area as professional counselor and university professor. Since 2016, with my company Networked Knowledge, I have worked helping different start-ups in post-secondary education, serving as Director in charge of licensing and approval of these institutions before the Florida Department of Education and executing all operational work from the beginning. After participating in a program for Venezuelan women entrepreneurs, I created a new venture:@unasy otras, transforming what was simply a blog into an online platform where I offer psychoeducational resources focused on helping women to properly manage life changes and transitions, become more resilient and improve their emotional well-being, Bilingual English-Spanish
