About Adela Bodor
I started my career in customer support over 15 years ago and progressed though the different roles. I was hired by Global IT Centre in October 2014 as the team leader for the German Service Desk. My role was to in-source the service and build a team that could deliver it in-house. In doing so, I had to make sure that the team has the necessary knowledge, that the processes are created and as well that this progress is measurable. The project was a big success and it was followed by further projects: in 2016 the team supporting Belgium & Netherlands was built, in 2018 we took over the service for France and Italy and in 2019 we started the adventure with the English speaking team. Currently, we are focusing a lot on transforming the Service Desk and increasing the efficiency by automating some of our tasks and eliminating the tasks that do not bring enough benefit.
