Welcome to my profile! My name is Adéla Suchá, and I am an HR Generalist with over 5 years of experience in the HR field. I currently work as an HR Generalist for OREA HOTELS s.r.o, where I handle the complete HR agenda for two mountain resorts in Krkonoše and let me tell you – it’s quite a ride. I have experience with the recruitment process, implementing HR processes, preparing staff budgets, controlling, and providing advisory services to management. In my teams, I support clear and transparent communication – that’s the cornerstone for me. I always act professionally, but I strive to maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere within the team. I value all employees equally, as the operation of the hotel, its results, and guest satisfaction depend on everyone – from kitchen helpers to operations managers. I belong to those HR enthusiasts who would rather take documents directly to the operation for signatures and greet everyone on shift with a smile along the way. I am also naturally a data analyst – I love working with data, analyzing, and creating reports. I am constantly looking for new ways to improve processes and efficiency – especially my own -) – and I enjoy trying out new technologies or apps.
