About Adelaide Renee Coman

I am an Associate Director of Co-Curricular Ecopreneurship Programs at Stanford University, where I prepare the next generation of sustainability entrepreneurs (aka ecopreneurs) to launch their innovative ventures. With over eight years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and community leadership, I have a multi-disciplinary background that spans startup business incubation, strategic higher education and business operation programs, mergers and acquisitions, angel investment, and business development. In 2023 I was a Climatebase Fellow, participating in Cohort 3 of the program that connects climate professionals with impactful opportunities in the climate space. As a passionate startup community leader, I have led several initiatives that support female founders, circular economy startups, social enterprises, and creative industries in the Australian innovation ecosystem. I hold an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Creative Industries from the University of the Sunshine Coast. I am a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology Facilitator, a Diversity Practitioner, and a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals.
