I am confident in communicating to customers and other personnel via email, telephone and face to face. I have worked in many places where I have to work with customers over the phone, via email and face to face and the customers have always been at the heart of everything I do. I enjoy working as part of a team to achieve targets and goals. I am an effective organiser and planner. My outgoing and friendly nature allows me to interact well with other staff members at all levels and I pride myself on bringing the right measure of enthusiasm into the equation. I am a highly competent team leader and I also find a way to motivate my team mates and other co-workers.
